The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Account Specialist to manage key accounts and lead a team of account specialists in our Employee Benefits division.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals and coordinating with the credit and collection team.
- Partnering with the claims department to resolve claims concerns.
- Delivering policies and endorsements.
- Producing weekly reports and analysis.
Requirements:
- Business-related degree.
- Experience in account management.
- Life insurance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati.
