Job Overview

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team, someone passionate about technology and AI-driven tools.


The Team

You'll work with a collaborative team to update processes, implement new solutions, and improve our tech stack. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, timely resolutions, and expert insight into general and complex support issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve common IT issues (PC, Mac, Chromebook) and enforce IT security policies.
  • Develop solutions that meet users' needs and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Evaluate and ensure Service Level Agreements are met while dealing with customers and completing services.
  • Support other IT staff with operational procedures and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide training on new hardware and software as required.
  • Escalate and resolve Executive support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya)
  • Understanding of IDP and SCIM Provisioning.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to support physical IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for AI and ability to work with AI-driven technologies.
