We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Expert.

Job Description

This position requires an individual who can deliver exceptional support to customers, working closely with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team, maintaining constant communication with customers
  • Educate and empower users
  • Be the technical expert and answer product questions to take full advantage of our product
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • BE/B Tech or equivalent educational or professional experience
  • 3-5 years of support experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages: ReactJS (MERN), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, Golang
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
