About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Customers: Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns in a helpful and efficient way.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
