Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to spearhead our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts in Bangkok. As an SEM Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a team of professionals who manage ad campaigns across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a large team of SEM Specialists, build out a new team in Bangkok, and conduct regular coaching sessions and daily meetings.
  • Paid Ads Campaign Management: Manage Paid Ads Campaigns across multiple platforms, develop competitive assessments, and collaborate with other teams to identify trends and issues.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop process training, report technical issues, and work with cross-functional teams on product development and process improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to align SEM strategies with business objectives and escalate urgent matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and leading large teams in a digital marketing or SEM context.
  • Extensive knowledge of paid ads campaigns across various platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience in setting up and scaling new teams or business units, preferably in international locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trusted relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making.
