Job Title: Senior Digital Designer


Job Description:

This role involves designing and developing digital marketing assets for multiple markets, brands, and categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for organic/paid social media, CRM, and display channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets and brands.
  • Deliver high-quality assets across social media, CRM, and display channels.
  • Leverage conceptual thinking to create exciting digital ideas.
  • Develop storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Execute adaptations across various digital marketing assets.
  • Manage and prioritize workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years experience in a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
