About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Genpact as a Process Associate. You will support one of the world's largest financial banks by providing exceptional customer service experience. You will work with clients to resolve their inquiries and provide navigation assistance.

Responsibilities
  1. Support clients by providing outstanding customer service experience.
  2. Resolve client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  3. Utilize CRM tools to collect and document detailed information.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in meeting net promote score expectations, preferably in a customer service business for consumer credit cards.
