Job Description:

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This includes processing financial support requests, handling financial projects for existing businesses, and auditing participant payrolls and other financial adjustments.

You will also be responsible for posting client funding, updating and adding client funding bank accounts, and processing client funding adjustments, receivables or payables. Additionally, you will review client funding for on or off hold process and create and email financial reports around client funding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial support requests and handle financial projects for existing businesses
  • Audit participant payrolls and other financial adjustments
  • Post client funding
  • Update and add client funding bank accounts
  • Process client funding adjustments, receivables or payables
  • Review client funding for on or off hold process
  • Create and email financial reports around client funding
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify alternate solutions to challenges
  • Skilled at analytic thinking and data analysis
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and have high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel
