Job Description:

This key role will be responsible for driving financial reliability in all reporting aspects of general accounting and financial analysis. As a Financial Management Expert, you'll leverage your analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of financial management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Lead the preparation of monthly account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards, and identify areas for process improvements.
  3. Determine standard costs, investigate variances, and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures.
  4. Drive timely and accurate processing of transactional activities to support management decision-making.
  5. Review policies and conduct regular policy assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions to enhance financial procedures.
  6. Support external/internal audit and tax statutory filing.
Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (CPA) with 5 years minimum relevant experience in finance.
  2. Proficiency in financial operating systems and MS Excel is required.
  3. Able to solve complex problems, integrating and interpreting data from diverse sources to find innovative solutions.
  4. Possess a strong desire to challenge the status quo, develop new approaches, and inspire/encourage others to do the same.
  5. Open-minded learning agility with the ability to learn fast, deal with ambiguity, and adapt to change.
  6. Strong execution skills to drive results, set strategy, and build capability foundations to deliver premier performance.

  1. Financial Analysis – possesses a good understanding of financial KPIs and number trends to provide insights into business performance.
  2. Financial Processes & Controls – has a good grasp of financial processes to manage day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and implement controls.
  3. Business Acumen – able to understand business operations within the organization and the competitive environment of the industry.
