We're looking for experts in Oracle Fusion Financials to join our leadership group. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm while being instrumental in service growth.

Your key responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering and documentation using methodologies like AIM/OUM or others.
  • Participate in design reviews and discussions.
  • Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Interpret functional requirements from onsite locations and deliver/design accordingly.
  • Capable of handling Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessions.
  • Prepare quality deliverables.
  • Prepare test scripts and test cases.
  • Conduct trainings.
  • Support Project Management Office (PMO).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deliver large/medium Oracle ERP programmes with expert core consulting skills and advanced ERP knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills to translate requirements into design documents.
  • Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or other methodologies.
  • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team members.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow well-defined release management processes.
  • Must have valid passport.
  • Client site work / Business Traveling may be involved.
  • Prior experience of Financials is required.
  • Experience of having worked in a client-facing delivery role.
