Job Opportunity

Job Overview:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable process, perform general accounting tasks, and ensure proper organization and maintenance of financial records and files.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
  3. Send customer Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on outstanding balances.
  4. Reconcile and resolve customer disputes, ensuring timely and accurate adjustments.
  5. Prepare and record receipts, reconcile AR sub-ledgers, and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger.
  6. Record, monitor, and maintain files of withholding tax certificates.
  7. Assist in processing government payables, including statutory contributions and tax-related payments.
  8. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  9. Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  10. Maintain and organize financial documents, files, and records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
  11. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  12. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  13. Contribute to other ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
