Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Your primary focus will be on executing procurement activities that support our company's strategic objectives, while ensuring compliance with our Purchasing Quality Management System (PQMS) concepts and principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Financial Management, or a related field;
- At least one year of experience in purchasing or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales buying criteria and metrics;
- Experience with SAP or similar software systems;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with brand, product, and project management principles.
