At BESTBUILDERS INC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the Construction Industry, looking to take their career to the next level.

Estimated Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:
As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and supplies for our construction projects. Your expertise will help us achieve our goals by ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing costs, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and procurement of materials and supplies
* Managing supplier relationships and negotiations
* Ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies
* Coordinating with project teams to meet project deadlines
* Analyzing costs and making recommendations for cost savings
* Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years' experience in the Construction Industry
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
