Job Description

The Business Development Officer will collaborate with Relationship Managers to address the daily needs and requirements of corporate and/or commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Solicitation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for clients, enhancing revenue growth and market presence.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions efficiently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Report Generation: Generate reports on account activity, sales performance, and relevant metrics to support Relationship Managers in decision-making processes.
  • Sales/Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and account performance.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in a Business-related field, is required. Work experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent scholastic records are necessary.
  • Pleasant and effective communication skills are vital for success in this role.
