At LAdmins, we are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in our HR department as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

About the Role

This individual will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts, helping to attract and acquire top talent to contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment and be able to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Planning: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Use various methods to source and attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Management: Support the recruitment process from posting job openings to assisting with offer negotiations. Help maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand through various initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work.
  • Data Analysis: Help maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
