Job Title: Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a qualified expert to support employee mental health and wellbeing within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual coaching sessions, providing timely support for urgent mental health needs and incorporating stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills.
  • Facilitate group training sessions on mental resilience and well-being, and provide additional approved ad hoc training sessions as requested.
  • Conduct regular floor observations to identify signs of distress among team members, and provide discreet and proactive intervention as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum master's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience post-bachelor's degree in mental health, preferably in areas such as trauma counseling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
  • A valid and active license from the relevant professional regulatory body.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
