Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the mental health and well-being of clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and be proficient in computer applications such as Google Workspace. You will be responsible for facilitating programs to enhance mental health and collaborate with the mental health team to develop holistic interventions for clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement mental health programs to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with the mental health team to assess client mental and emotional well-being
- Ensure consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with company protocols
- Coordinate with the mental health team to provide operational reports and assist in other requests related to the mental health program
- Assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements to further develop current systems
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology;
- Proficient in computer applications such as Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work from home during mid-day shifts
