Mental Health Counselor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate programs to promote mental well-being and resilience in clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering holistic mental health interventions.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure seamless consultations and psychotherapy sessions aligned with our scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Mental Health team for client triaging, escalations, and develop effective mental health interventions.
  3. Coordinate with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist with other requests related to the mental health program.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through regular check-ins and emergency handling.
  5. Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further enhance current systems.
