Benefits Navigator Role

The Benefits Navigator will play a key role in helping patients access care confidently.

This role is responsible for verifying insurance benefits to ensure patients have clear, accurate information about their coverage.

  • Conduct timely insurance verifications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing accurate and current information regarding their coverage.
  • Run prescription history reports through a prescription monitoring platform.
  • Enter client personal health information and other clinical data.
