
Human Resource Specialist

The P&C Administrator plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our team.
The ideal candidate will have relevant demonstrated administration experience to provide complete P&C administration service and support relevant activities and projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities- Provides complete P&C administration service and supports the relevant activities and projects
- Assists with day-to-day P&C operational queries
- Coordinates all administrative and logistics relating to the recruitment process
- Coordinates meetings with candidates, vendors, agencies, and managers and books meeting rooms
- Assists the P&C team in preparing employment offers and conducting relevant pre-employment checks
- Compiles and distributes new starter information and ensures all information is captured on the relevant HRIS
- Administers paperwork for P&C policies and procedures
- Processes employees' requests and provides relevant information
- Coordinates P&C projects, meetings, and training seminars
- Performs other related tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of prior experience in an HR or admin role
- Experience in handling employee records, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
