Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage employee onboarding, payroll administration, and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a log of daily HR cases.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including pre-boarding activities, orientation sessions, and IT setup.
  • Develop engagement strategies and conduct regular check-ins to improve retention.
  • Process payroll, manage health insurance and leave benefits, and address discrepancies.
  • Maintain HR analytics and reporting, collect and analyze metrics, and prepare leadership reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in HR.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
