Job Description

As a Client Account Services Senior Analyst, you will play a leading role in key new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities.

You will be responsible for delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the various risk and legal assessment phases of their application.

Upon application approval, you will lead critical processes that underpin the client account lifecycle including certain anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations, the addition of accounts, mergers and acquisitions, and retirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting onboarding of new accounts by managing required risk and legal documentation through DTCC's Membership Application Portal.
  • Reviewing and accepting all new sales contracts and amendments/addendums to ensure company-wide compliance with established procedures.
  • Responding directly to certain applicant/client via various communication mediums.
  • Partnering and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure that all onboarding and lifecycle activities occur seamlessly and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Managing, updating, and maintaining data stored in DTCC's systems.
  • Performing various anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations to support new onboardings and regular refreshes.
  • Compiling reporting for use by internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and auditors/regulators.
  • Supporting new product initiatives that intersect with client account onboarding and lifecycle processes.
