What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Onboarding Specialist, where you'll set up franchise minisites, manage social media, write tailored SEO content, and execute digital marketing campaigns-all while supporting brokers and ensuring seamless onboarding.

Work setup: Hybrid (1-3 months: Office 2x/week; 3+ months: Office 1x/week at SM Megatower Ortigas)

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications (traditional and digital)
• Background in working with Australian real estate clients or agencies
• Strong grasp of marketing principles, campaign development, and content creation
• Excellent English copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
• Highly organized, process-driven, and skilled in time and project management
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-team communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Trello)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, email/calendar tools, and PDF utilities
• Strong IT aptitude and adaptability to new systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You'll Handle

• Set up and configure franchise minisites, ensuring alignment with brand standards and SLAs
• Establish and populate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with approved content
• Execute social media content plans with timely and consistent posts
• Write tailored SEO content for franchise minisites to increase visibility and engagement
• Support Google Business Profile strategies as directed by the Marketing Onboarding Specialist
• Assist in local marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives based on franchisee requests
• Provide logistical and administrative support for efficient onboarding
• Draft initial content for national LinkedIn introductions of new brokers
• Maintain clear and regular communication with brokers on onboarding status
• Report task completion, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements
