Senior Financial Professional OpportunityA key position in our organization's Manila-based team, with a hybrid work setup that involves two days onsite and three days working from home.Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare complex regulatory reports in compliance with accounting standards and requirements. This includes ensuring accuracy through reconciliation, variance analysis, and quality controls.
  • Maintain supporting documentation and manage audits efficiently.
  • Lead issue resolution, process improvements, and control implementation to enhance overall performance.
  • Supervise, train, and review the work of junior accountants to promote professional growth.
  • Partner with internal teams, auditors, and regulators for efficient reporting and effective collaboration.
  • Assist in capacity planning, workflow allocation, and performance reporting to drive business results.
  • Contribute to projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in statutory and regulatory reporting, preferably within the insurance industry, BPO/shared services, or with an audit background.
  • At least 2 years' experience reviewing regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, regulatory, and compliance requirements to make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in process and project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Skilled in external audit coordination and liaison with auditors to maintain strong relationships.
