Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will be able to summarize complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and build financial models to inform key initiatives.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and make a visible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Summarize complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Build financial models to inform key initiatives
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
