Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and driven professional to spearhead the development and growth of an active and engaged community of digital marketers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling online communities from inception, leveraging multiple platforms including Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They will be responsible for creating and executing a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers, fostering meaningful interactions, and ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community development strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Create engaging content and initiatives that encourage participation and foster connections among community members.
  • Moderate community spaces to ensure a safe and respectful environment, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyze community growth and engagement metrics to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from scratch, with a focus on marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities across multiple platforms, with expertise in Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges, with the ability to adapt and innovate.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
