Key Job Responsibilities

As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to virtual assistants on digital marketing tools and strategies.

Your expertise will be crucial in helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to funnel fixes, email flows, and other marketing activities.

Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Provide real-time assistance via internal chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in various digital marketing tools such as Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more
  • Assist with urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Create how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to address recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, virtual assistant support, or subject matter expert roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Flexibility to work across 24/7 schedules as required
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations
