Key Responsibilities- Proactively conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, CRM-driven communications) to potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
- Schedule consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
- Follow up with warm leads to ensure engagement and appointment attendance.
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, advisory, property specialists) to align messaging and improve conversion effectiveness.
- Provide a friendly, client-centric introduction to Home Advantage and what we offer.
- A proven track record in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach—preferably within financial services, accounting, real estate, or wealth coaching.
- A genuine passion for financial wellness and a deep understanding of client needs.
