Job Overview

This position is for a specialist to support the CRM Campaign Management Team.

Responsibilities
  • Deploying campaigns involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels, and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Reviewing and testing campaign setups to ensure they function as expected.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging issues to the team.
  • Adhering to quality assurance processes and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience with SFMC or similar platforms.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys; other channels a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities with clear communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks.
