Your primary responsibilities will include managing financial accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with relevant documentation protocols.

Assist senior management in preparing comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts on a regular basis.

Process invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, superannuation, and entitlements.

Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to tax and employment laws.

Support employee reimbursements and benefits processing as needed.

Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding financial matters as a first point of contact, escalating issues when necessary.

  • This role requires at least one year of experience in data entry, administration, and general accounting, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and any relevant accounting software is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Experience working with secure financial record systems and maintaining strong cybersecurity protocols is vital.
  • A diploma in Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enter high volumes of data accurately and efficiently is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
