Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations.

About the Role

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three companies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage all billing processes.

  • Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.

  • Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
