Job Title: Content Operations Manager

This role oversees the daily operations of a content creation team, focusing on streamlining processes and ensuring efficient coverage.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating team schedules and ensuring consistent coverage.

  • Providing operational guidance and support to team members.
  • Maintaining standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with leadership to address productivity bottlenecks.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
