Job Title: TikTok Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled TikTok Content Strategist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's overall goals and objectives.
  • Creator Sourcing & Management: Identify, vet, and manage a network of TikTok creators who can produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Content Creation & Trend Execution: Collaborate with creators to develop content that is both current and native to the platform, while also ensuring it meets the brand's marketing objectives.
  • Content Performance & Optimization: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize content ROI and channel performance.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, UGC/influencer campaigns, or creator-led growth; hands-on TikTok or short-form content experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred (not required with relevant experience).
  • Strong trend sensitivity, fast execution mindset, excellent communication, and creative judgment; comfortable working with creators and data alike.
