Content Organizer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the upload, organization, and tagging of digital content for effortless access.
  • Maintain structured folder systems, adhere to established naming conventions, and ensure accurate vault documentation.
  • Support script template creation to maintain tone consistency.
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client objectives.
  • Review content quality and flag inconsistencies.
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination.
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
