Job role

Management of Employee Engagement (EE) Programs / Initiatives

1.Champion collaboration across the organization.

2.Organize programs, events and initiatives that strengthen relationships and foster a sense of community.

3.Helps organize programs and activities that enhance our Culture and Core Values.

4.Works with superiors and CEE Team to ensure employee engagement programs are aligned with Pioneer's overall business objectives.

5.Ability to adjust based on changing priorities and demands of the business.

Management Reporting

6.Assist in launching surveys, encoding responses, and organizing basic data for reporting.

Communication Materials Creation

7.Assists in drafting and designing communication materials (e.g., email blasts, posters, decks) to support the cascade of employee engagement programs and announcements across the organization.

8.Coordinates with CEE Team to ensure communication content is clear, engaging, and aligned with company tone and branding.

9.Helps maintain internal communication channels (HR System, email, group chats, etc.) to keep employees informed and updated on engagement initiatives.

10.Supports in creating communication materials to promote and cascade initiatives under the voter's education evangelization work stream.

Employee Engagement - Budget Management

11.Ensures cost optimization in EE initiatives being undertaken.

Others

12.Handle scheduling, venue booking, materials preparation, and coordination with vendors for EE activities

13.Maintain records of programs, feedback, and participation to support program evaluation.

14.Collect and organize employee feedback during/after events or initiatives for continuous improvement.

15.Performs other duties as necessary in meeting objectives/mission of the department and/or as assigned by superior.
