Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor key metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, with a strong focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
