Human Resources Assistant Job Description

The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional service and advice to assigned accounts, focusing on human resources and administrative functions. These include manpower planning, recruitment and placement, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, labor and community relations, performance management, training and development, and administrative services.

  • Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include revising and updating manning complement reports and vacancy reports, establishing and maintaining a working talent bank pool to serve as a ready source of talents needed by the organization, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of payroll-related information, administering statutory and company benefits, establishing and maintaining good relationships with government agencies on benefits processing, planning and implementing employee relations programs in coordination with all departments, assisting in compliance audits, evaluating and validating identified training and development needs, preparing and analyzing HRIS reports, and handling contract management for all HR outsourced activities.

  • Qualifications:

Required qualifications include a graduate degree in psychology, human resources management, or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, knowledge in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and labor relations, proficiency in MS Office applications, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and a willingness to work in Bataan.
