About the Opportunity:

GA HR Consultancy Inc., has been engaged by a highly reputable and fast-growing real estate company based in Bataan to assist in the recruitment for a Finance Head . This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of strategy, reporting, and team management in a high-impact, growth-oriented environment. This is a direct hire role with the client company.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned finance professional ready to step into a senior leadership position—driving financial strategy, overseeing reporting and compliance, and leading a team within a dynamic, results-driven organization in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting aligned with the company's growth targets.

  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive team based on sound financial data and analysis.

Team & Operations Management:

  • Oversee the finance department, mentor team members, and ensure efficiency and collaboration.

  • Manage financial systems, policies, and internal controls.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Conduct variance analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cash Flow & Fund Oversight:

  • Manage accounts receivable and fund allocation for real estate development and operations.

  • Ensure timely collections and cash flow forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Compliance & Accreditation:

  • Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and industry standards.

  • Manage banking and Pag-IBIG accreditation requirements tied to real estate activities.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business-related course (CPA is an advantage)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior finance leadership role

  • Preferably with experience in the real estate industry or asset-heavy businesses

Skills & Proficiency:

  • Strong command of accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, analysis)

  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
