Job Description

The primary objective of the Remote Front Office Assistant position is to provide administrative support to guests and property management teams from a remote location.

This includes managing incoming reservation emails, processing bookings in the Property Management System (PMS), and ensuring accurate guest profiles and reservation data are maintained in the system.

Additionally, the role involves handling basic guest queries via email or other communication platforms, supporting with follow-up on guest reviews or feedback where appropriate, and assisting with financial transactions and invoicing as needed.
