We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant.

This position involves providing high-level administrative support to business leaders, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize productivity.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries to minimize disruptions.
  • Expense Reports: Prepare and manage expense reports and other administrative documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation to maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders to handle inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems proactively.
