Revenue Growth Strategies

Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams. Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

Financial Management

Oversee financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analysing financial data to drive cost-effective operations.

Product Roadmap Leadership

Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.

Leadership and Team Excellence

Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is beneficial.
• Extensive experience in business development, product management, and financial management, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Proven track record of launching successful products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
