Lead Digital Operations Specialist


Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Lead Digital Operations Specialist will oversee and manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content, and coordinate marketing campaigns to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain social media presence across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and implement content strategies using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar applications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor and analyze metrics, providing data-driven insights for strategic recommendations
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and increase output
  • Maintain organized project management systems in tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Trello
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including founders and team members
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed to support business operations


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience using productivity tools and AI software to improve efficiency
  • Familiarity with online education, coaching programs, or influencer brands is an asset
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner who can take initiative and solve problems creatively
  • Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and content creation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with iterative execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on big-picture thinking and ownership
