Remote Digital Growth Specialist Role

This is a job opening within the Marketing team for a Digital Growth Specialist. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience managing, optimising, and reporting on paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing ads for an app through Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
  • Independently completing work such as creating platform accounts, analysing targeted users, optimising ad content, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Collaborating with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity
  • Onboarding influencers and managing influencer networks for driven growth among diaspora communities in the UK, USA, Europe, and Canada
  • Developing and managing B2B partnership networks for online growth
  • Managing Public Relations for driving growth among diaspora communities with multiple stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Engaging in cross-functional responsibilities and assisting the team where needed.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimisation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is desirable
