Job Overview

The Machine Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production and maintaining stringent quality standards by operating equipment, troubleshooting technical issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machines according to manufacturer guidelines and troubleshoot any technical problems that may arise.
  • Monitor equipment performance conduct preventive maintenance and document downtime and repairs.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering mechanical electrical mechatronics or any related field is required.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not necessary fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Completion of relevant training and certifications is a plus.
  • Willingness to upgrade skills with new equipment and adapt to changing work requirements is essential.
