Job Description

As a seasoned digital marketing professional, we are seeking an accomplished PPC team lead to spearhead our paid media efforts and drive performance across various campaigns. This individual will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of analysts and collaborating with clients to create, optimize, and execute the development of paid media accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing a team of marketers, possess in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs. They will also be able to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins and provide strategic recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.

  • Oversee a team of analysts and collaborate with clients to develop and execute paid media strategies.
  • Lead a team of direct reports; coach and develop their talents while holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements.
  • Participate in testing and optimization; ensure all elements are executed confidently.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training programs for team members.
  • Providing strategic recommendations and executing plans for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
  • Maintaining and monitoring bids, budgets, and other account metrics.

You will be working closely with our executive team to prioritize goals and participate in regular meetings. You will also be responsible for developing and training on new processes and workflows, ensuring adherence.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs.
  • Ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins.
