Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to manage our social media presence and reputation. This role involves daily engagement, content creation, cross-posting, reputation monitoring, and staying on top of industry updates.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with target audience through daily commenting on LinkedIn, focusing on top posts, professional content, brand mentions, employee posts, and industry-related themes.
- Cross-post all LinkedIn content to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and share updates via WhatsApp and internal communication channels.
- Create high-quality content using AI prompts, run first 10 posts by approver for approval, then schedule posts natively.
- Monitor reputation across the web, report negatives, and track brand and company mentions.
- Pitch new content ideas, improve AI prompts over time, and repurpose high-performing content into new formats.
- Experience with AI navigation and content strategies.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft professional yet personable comments and posts.
- Proactive in identifying industry trends and staying up-to-date with industry news.
- Creative mindset with experience in content repurposing and basic graphic formatting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in meeting daily posting and monitoring schedules.
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but strong motivation and adaptability are valued.
