Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to plan, execute and measure high-impact digital marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing platform-specific strategies, creating and scheduling engaging content, managing paid advertising campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive campaign plans, leveraging native platform insights and reporting tools.
- Create and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns to reach target audiences, drive website traffic and boost conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimise future campaigns.
- Minimum five years' experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on ANZ audiences and a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaign copy and deliver effective client presentations.
