Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our business process outsourcing initiatives. This role demands expertise in managing websites, optimizing digital presence, planning and launching paid advertising campaigns, and maintaining marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Core, Engage, and Align websites using WordPress (Advanced proficiency required)
- Optimize digital presence using SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, display networks, and other relevant platforms to support recruitment and brand awareness goals
- Create or adapt campaign graphics using Canva, ensuring assets are brand-aligned and visually effective
- Own and maintain marketing automation tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Definitive Healthcare
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of digital marketing experience
- Must have a stable employment history
- Advanced skills in WordPress, SEO (SEMrush), Google Analytics/Search Console, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads
