
Senior Instructional Design Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our learners.
Your primary focus will be on designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials. You will conduct learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions and work with stakeholders to develop measurable training goals and learning objectives.
In addition to your design expertise, you will also have the opportunity to lead small projects, communicate risks, and follow up on deadlines. You will work closely with our LX Design Team to recommend the best interaction or media to present the content and use graphics, video, and course authoring software to develop visually appealing instructional media.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices. If you have experience as an L&D program manager and are skilled in e-learning design principles, practices, and platforms (LMS), we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of learners
- Design learner-centered training programs and develop related training materials
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions
- Develop measurable training goals and learning objectives
- Lead small projects, communicate risks, and follow up on deadlines
- Work closely with LX Design Team to recommend the best interaction or media to present the content
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials
- 5+ years of conducting learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions
- Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices
- Drafting measurable training goals and learning objectives
- Developing appropriate learning assessment strategies and instruments
