Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess knowledge and performance gaps, define target audience profiles, and establish desired learning outcomes.

  1. Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive instructional plans aligned with objectives, applying adult learning principles and proven models (e.g., ADDIE, Gagne's Nine Events), and setting measurable goals.
  2. Content Development: Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, videos, simulations, and assessments.
  3. Multimedia Integration: Incorporate suitable multimedia elements—video, audio, graphics, animations—to boost engagement and accommodate varied learning styles.
  4. Pilot and Evaluation: Work with subject matter experts to pilot training solutions, gather feedback, refine content, and measure effectiveness through appropriate evaluation methods.
  5. Project Management: Oversee instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of progress to stakeholders.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of evolving instructional design trends, emerging learning technologies, and industry best practices to enhance program quality.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field OR Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

● Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.

● Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

● Experience with Intellum and Evolve are a big plus.

● Experience with video and audio editing tools is a plus.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
